This one of a kind Art Deco brooch showcases a geometric open work design finely crafted from solid platinum. Taking centre stage is a wonderful emerald cut emerald, weighing approximately 6.50ct, mounted in a rubover milgrain edged, open back setting. The intricate platinum sections surrounding the centre stone are beautifully accented by an array of old cut and eight cut diamonds, all mounted in open back settings, with an approximate combined weight of 3.00ct. Finally, the piece is perfectly finished with a pin closure secured with a trombone clasp, measures approximately 6.1 x 3.8 cm and has a gross weight of 21.12 grams.
