This gorgeous 18 carat yellow gold pendant is beautifully designed as a 3D heart with an open work flat back. A heart shaped amethyst, weighing approximately 5.00ct, is beautifully set in the centre in a nine claw setting. The vibrant amethyst is highlighted by 28 fine quality round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing approximately 0.30ct combined, giving a beautiful contrast.
